OCTAVE Capital is an independent investment firm guided by the principle that capital should be a force for good.

Formerly known as Heritas Capital, our rebrand marks a deeper commitment to deploying capital with clarity, coherence, and long-term purpose — to build the regenerative economy of the future.

First established in 1997, OCTAVE Capital holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

We manage private equity and venture capital investments across global sectors, with a focus on generating positive social and environmental outcomes in Asia. Our approach combines institutional discipline with intentional design — ensuring capital is aligned to outcomes that matter.

Inspired by the harmony and structure of a musical octave, we aim to bring coherence across people, planet, and capital — investing in businesses that are financially sustainable, socially relevant, and regenerative by design.
